Move components into packages folder
Add missing dependencies to components' package.json files
Changed "repositories" to "repository" in components' package.json files
Initialise Lerna in the root folder
Add eslint to the root devDependencies
Fix eslint warnings/errors in components

TODO: test changes, particularly unused(?) proptypes
