Cannot combine 2 blocks into one when recording track changes
With track changes set to record changes, the user can add a new break and a new block by pressing enter. But, the user cannot combine two blocks into one.
To reproduce:
- Set track changes to recording changes
- Move the cursor to the beginning of a paragraph
- Press backspace
Expected: the block with the active cursor gets combined with the previous block. The return disappears, and the paragraph takes on the same styling as the previous block it's being combined with. This is the behavior when recording changes is turned off
Actual: after pressing backspace at the beginning of a block, the active cursor disappears. The user can't remove the line break and combine two blocks into one.
This could be because adding or removing a line break isn't labeled visually as a tracked change. See editoria/editoria#65.
