Keyboard shortcuts that combine CMD + ALT don't work on Macs
On Macs, ALT is entered by pressing the FN key and the "option" key together. This works fine when the Wax shortcut calls for ALT plus one other key, although it's a 3 key shortcut. E.g.:
- Accept tracked change (ALT + A) = FN + OPTION + A on a mac
However, Wax shortcuts that combine ALT with 2 other keys do not work on Macs (at least on my 2013 MBP, High Sierra 10.13.3). E.g.:
- Go to next tracked change (CMD + ALT + N) on a Mac is CMD + FN + OPTION + N
I don't know if these don't work because 4-key shortcuts aren't supported by the operating system or by Chrome, but even if they were, shortcuts that require pressing 4 keys at once aren't really workable.
The best fix I see would be if ALT was swapped with OPTION (or something similar) when Wax is used on a Mac. That would keep the 2-key shortcuts from becoming 3-key shortcuts, and would fix the 3-key shortcuts. Is this possible?
