Manuscript preview - preview figures

Create a new "ImageGallery" component with image thumbnails, which when clicked show a larger image preview. This should be used in/under the Manuscript Preview in the submit route to show uploads of type "figure".

Edit: changed to download all files and preview images in the submit screen file table, based on feedback from Lynne.
