Release notes:
	• Improvements: 
		• Reviewer sees reports from all reviewers after Author submits revision 
		• Ability to revoke and assign another HE during the review process
		• As a HE, I should be notified when a Admin/EiC removes me from a manuscript
		• EiC - Request a Revision for a manuscript
		• Send email to Author when EiC requests a Revision at submission
		• As a reviewer, I should be notified when a Admin/EiC removes the HE from a manuscript
		• As a author, I should be notified when a Admin/EiC removes the HE from my manuscript
		• Send email to EiC when Author submits revision (requested by EiC)
		• Password Strength
		• "Needs attention" filter for Admin role should ignore manuscript drafts
	• 9 Bug fixes (7 critical & major, 2 minor)
	• Technical:
		• Transition to Graph QL architecture: analysis and plan
		• [pubsweeet] 'Country' field should allow user to enter text to find country easier than scrolling down
		• Use custom icons instead of Feather library
