This contains deletions in xpub-collabra (.gitkeep deletions), could you please revert those?

With next MR it's fine? It was there but don't know why disappeared. Normally we should not touch xpub-collabra or other components (component-dashboard) without RFC but by now it's only in our branch.

Oh I see, this is faraday-master. I see the commit, that's OK: 185c3fbf

(Though the component-dashboard changes didn't come from this MR.)

.gitkeep files in my experience get deleted when you delete the database by removing the folder.
@jure does the cli now create the db folders if they're not found?
That was the only reason of existence for those .gitkeep files.
