mini editor has its own importer/containerId and shares the same containerEditor with main plus fixes

both editors listen throught same provider to compute their nodes (needs to write cleaner notesProvider)

notes editor scroll pane minHeight is adjusted on height of dragged area + attempt to import commentsPane(fragment comments missing)

remove old lists implementation from elements
