Progress update
The March C milestone is on track, and we have started organising issues for the next milestone.
We are planning on doing a release tomorrow which will include various bug fixes.
#1090 (closed))
QA testing (The QA testing infrastructure is set up, we are busy writing automated tests, and we are finalising a list of files we'll require from the NCBI for our QA testing, I expect to get those file requests to NCBI this week.
Update on priorities from last week
- #701 (closed) - with Dione to add questions for the NCBI
- We want to focus on finishing development on Collection TOCs-related work. In order to progress we need Stacy to confirm approach in #1076 (closed), but #992 (closed) is approved so we are working on that.
- NCBI provided feedback to Coko's queries in #1088 (closed), and Coko is reviewing that feedback.
- #211 (closed) – repeating TOC entries: the dev team has reviewed the design and it is being finalised based on our review. We'll provide an issue for NCBI sign off this week.
- #508 (closed) – the dev team has reviewed the design and it is being finalised based on our review. We'll provide an issue for NCBI sign off this week.
We are reviewing NCBI's latest testing feedback.
NCBI notes and feedback
Issue #1155 (closed) seems to be blocking NCBI testing, does the NCBI have further error or log information for Coko to use in investigation and debugging?
Is there anything else NCBI wants to discuss today?
