Adding new maintainers! 🚀

🚀 Yay, new people! :) @andrei.cioromila, @audrey, @diversemix, welcome to 🥁 "THE MAINTAINERS" 🥁 ! 🎆

PubSweet is a community project - Andrei (Thinslices/Hindawi), Audrey (EBI) and Peter (eLife) represent the members, goals and spirit of this community exceptionally well, and will be given some special powers as a result:

• the ability to accept merge requests on pubsweet/pubsweet
• the ability to release pubsweet packages on npm

There's a few things we need to do before it's official:

• Add the required permissions for this repository
• Add the required permissions on npm for all packages published via pubsweet/pubsweet
• Training on releases with lerna, and the use of npm tags
• A ceremonial jitsi session 🎉

I'll reach out to you all so that we can schedule a call for the training and the ceremony!
