feat(*): remove coko-theme package

Removing coko-theme from packages. It was broken (pointing to a non-existent font dependency) and specific to coko apps.

default-theme remains in the repo for generic use / as a starting point to build your own theme.
coko-theme's code (minus the fonts) has been moved to the coko specific libs.
