Created a new function responsible for parsing the collections' status so that filtering works for all the reviewers, even for those who didn't submit their review yet.

This parsed is being done only for reviewers and when the manuscript is in one of the following statuses: underReview, reviewCompleted, reviewersInvited, statuses where reviewers are needed to take an action (accept the invitation to review, submit their review or just see their completed review).
