Apply Visual Design:

• HE, Author, Reviewers, EiC see new manuscript version and Response to Reviewer Comments after submitted revision (4 separate stories)

Improvements:

• Add "From Name" for every email in the system
• Overwrite Delete Endpoint
• As user, I want to see the label "You're viewing a previous version of the manuscript" instead of manuscript status
• HE - make editorial recommendation options in different manuscript statuses
• Redesign invite reviewer email template
• Update the EQA package uploaded to MTS ftp, so that it contains info about reviewers and editors
• Documentation for styleguide components
