Goal: Admin and EiC go different ways

EiC role:
  • Hide draft manuscripts for EiC
  • As an EiC I shouldn’t be able to edit a manuscript.
  • As an EiC I shouldn’t be able to invite reviewers to a manuscript
Admin role:
  • As an Admin I should be able to DELETE a manuscript at any stage (decision from the point of view of the admin)
  • As an Admin I should be able to edit a Manuscript Metadata (decision from the point of view of the admin)
Improvements:
  • When HE asks for major revision, Reviewers who submitted a report are automatically invited, but shouldn't be automatically accepted
  • 'Country' field should allow the user to enter text to find the country easier than scrolling down
  • Background of the submit revision contextual box should be #FFF 
  • 9 Bug fixes
  • Styleguide Documentation is up to date
